“The professionalism, expertise and work from this company was excellent! I haven’t been so impressed by the responsiveness, punctuality and overall quality of a service company in years. My first phone call was returned within an hour, the first evaluation of my roofing requirements was handled the next day, an estmate was given within the same day (which was reasonable). The roof was reshingled within the next week. The day of work, the dumpster truck arrived before the workers, the workers arrived at precisely 7:30 a.m. and began their staging process right away. They had the old shingles off the roof within an hour and a half and proceeded installing the new shingles. During this operation, workers took great care to clean up as they went and make sure that no shingling material or nails ended up in either of my neighbor’s yards. All the workers were polite, quiet and worked straight through to their lunch break. Directly after lunch, they all finished up – cleaned again around the yards and the whole job was finished by 1:00 p.m. Jim Rogers is an excellent owner/manager with quick response, no unnecessary sales pitch, reasonable rates and attention to detail. He checked on his crew during the installation and made sure there were flashings and ridge vent where none were before. He returned later that day to check to make sure I was satisfied with all the work. I will highly recommend Premiere Roofing to anyone needing this type of work done. It is an outstanding company.”
