“We had a flat roof that needed to be removed and replaced and needed a new railing system as well. We called Jim and he responded immediately. We had a few other estimates as well and although competitive in pricing, they were not nearly as accommodating.

Jim had no problem bringing copies of his Contractors license, insurance information and a very thorough contract. He answered every phone call, or called back right away. These are all things I have never had a contractor do. We had to delay the job by a few days because of a family emergency, and even though it messed up Jim’s schedule, he was great about it.

Jim’s guys showed up on time, explained everything as they were doing it, and didn’t mind us watching or asking questions. They put down the roof and installed Azek Railing system. The job was done on time and looks great. The cleanup was great and we are very happy with the finished product. Jim’s warranty is great and he will bend over backwards to make a client happy. I would not hesitate to refer any friend or family member to Premiere.”
