“Jim and the crew from Premiere Roofing were terrific – from beginning to end of the project. I live in a small colonial style house that was in dire need of new shingles, as it was starting to leak from some broken shingles. Jim came the day after I called him to request a bid, he walked the property with me to explain what was involved in replacing the roof, and he split out the bid so I could determine if I could afford to do the detached garage along with the house. Premiere’s bid was the lowest of the three I received, and I went with Premiere. His crew arrived at 7:30am on the scheduled day, the materials were delivered neatly in our driveway, and the four person crew took extra attention to protect our trees and shrubs. They worked throughout the day and as I checked on them periodically, I was continually impressed at their attention to detail with regards to everything they were doing – the roof inner lining, the fireplace flashing, the aluminum edging, the shingles – everything. They worked hard all day and Jim was right, they were able to do a terrific job on both my home and detached garage in a single day. They did a great job cleaning up…and when I found a small part of the yard that wasn’t cleaned as well at the others, I called Jim and he sent someone over the next day to make it right. I highly recommend this company – they’re great!”

“One of the best things about working with Jim is how quickly he understands a problem and identifies all the information he needs in order to propose a solution. He did this previously with flashings on the highest part of our roof that caused leakages (and the path from the source to the observable leaks was not obvious). There have been no leaks since (over five years). On this job the problem and potential solution are a lot more obvious, but I like the sense that Jim cuts to the chase and does not get overelaborate or play to fears about covering hypotheticals that will prove to be beside the point. Not only that the workers that he has hired and trained are extremely focused and efficient. They showed up early in the morning, the dumpster needed for the old shingles having arrived the day before, stripped the old shingles, laid down the shield and laid the new shingles with a kind of choreography that I had never seen in a crew like this before. They were done five hours later. It was amazing.”

“I called a number of roofing contractors to take a look at roof damage caused by ice dams (and the company I hired to remove them). Many companies didn’t bother to return the call; others said they were too busy. Jim returned my call right away, and made time to come take a look at the damage. He ended up recommending to not replace the roof, as the damage was more superficial than I feared. He was honest and responsive. I will absolutely use him when I need roof work done.”

“Jim Rogers, the owner of this company answered my initial call about a roofing inspection for a home that we had made an offer on. I requested him to look at the roof and sky lights as our initial inspection did not reveal any major issues from the inside. Jim did explain that he does not need to climb on the roof to provide a preliminary opinion. He agreed to meet me at the property in a few hours and was there promptly on time. He gave a brief but thorough opinion of the external assessment of the roof and skylights and reassured us that it looked in good shape. Answered many queries from me and my husband. He very graciously did this assessment completely free and said he stands by the reputation of his company and his work and referrals from current or prospective clients mean a lot to him. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Jim was quick to come and take a look at the water stains on our ceilings and recommended that we have the north side of our roof redone. His crew showed up early in the morning and were able to finish the job in one day in January. The roof looks great and has not given us any problems. The crew did leave some old shingles and debris that dropped onto our lower porch roof (which was not redone), and there were a lot of roofing nails that fell into snow banks that we had to pick up after the snow melted. Also, the dumpster tore up our driveway a little bit, but it probably needs to be repaved anyway. Overall a good experience.”

“Jim Rogers replaced the roof on a home we recently bought. He was very professional throughout the work. The work was performed according to the schedule that we agreed upon, and he was able to do the work before we moved into the house.Overall we were satisfied with the work, and would work with Jim again in the future. We had a very minor complaint around the treatment of the gutters. Jim reviewed the current gutter system and said that it did not appear to need to be replaced. There were a few loose hanging drain pipes, etc. Jim had offered that his guys could simply pay attention during the job and ensure that everything was fastened down properly and ready for action. This did not happen. In fact, there were two drain pipes that were off the house and down in the yard when we arrived. That was a bummer. Apart from that, the roof looks great. So, hopefully we’re ready for winter. “

“From start to finish, I was impressed by Jim Rogers of Premiere Roofing and Remodeling. His response from my first call and being there to discuss the scope of the project and make a proposal was spot on. He heard my concerns and was knowledgeable about all the possibilities to complete my project. I had other estimates but felt that Jim was the only person who really heard what I wanted done and therefore I went with him. His bid was right in the middle which made me happy. He provided me with references and they were all pleased with the work and were going to use Premiere Roofing again which as far as I am concerned is the best thing I could hear.

Both Jim and Dave worked with me to answer all my questions and I had many as I try to be an informed homeowner. The job was done with precision and they were flexible when I threw in a few additional items.
